Courtney is an elementary school teacher that made her way to postpartum doula work and infant sleep coaching in 2018. She has experience supporting singletons and twins with complicated feeding journeys, reflux, and colic as well as coaching infant sleep patterns, routines, and expectations. She is comfortable supporting families with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both and has been trained in recognizing and providing resources to inform about postpartum mental health. She values families allowing her to join them during this unique part of their parenting journey and brings a judgement-free perspective. Courtney loves watching parents, and little ones, make connections, build confidence, and move forward along a journey that can often feel chaotic and unpredictable. She strives to be someone that comes into your home and just makes things easier in every way you need: infant care, postpartum questions, household chores, and the little extras you often can’t predict but find along the way!
