Hello! I’m a CAPPA certified postpartum doula with over 20 years of supporting new families. I love teaching parents how to baby wear, how to read baby’s cues, how to soothe baby in addition to providing loving care for their baby so they can get some rest. I also teach a private class - “Navigating the 4th Trimester” to help prepare expectant parents for the first 3 months with their newborn.
