A postpartum doula can make all the difference! As a postpartum doula, my first priority is to ensure that the birthing parent is rested, relaxed and nourished. I assist parents with breast or bottle feeding and nurture their baby (or babies). I bring lots of love to the new family and try to lighten the load that new parents inevitably feel. I do this with practical, informational and emotional support.
