As a Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Educator and Counselor, I striving to educate prenatally and continue to guide and empower families through the postpartum period and early weeks of parenting. I often work overnights as a Postpartum Doula, but not as a “nanny” or “nurse” (ask me the difference in our consultation). Part of my Newborn Education class (included in all package deals) covers teaching healthy sleep habits and sleep conditioning, so parents don’t have to “sleep train”. During day shifts, I offer meal preparation and healthy meal planning designed to support nourishment and promote healing.
