I’ve been supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for many years, and I truly believe every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for during this life changing time. As a certified birth doula, childbirth educator, and lactation educator, I bring both knowledge and compassion to the families I serve. I’m also trained in Spinning Babies®, rebozo techniques, and VBAC support, giving me a wide variety of tools to help parents feel prepared and confident. I serve the Denver Metro, Boulder County, and surrounding areas.
