I’m a mom of three boys, and I’ve personally experienced the highs, challenges, uncertainty, and postpartum struggles that come with bringing a new baby home. Each of my three postpartum experiences looked different, and those experiences are a big part of why I created Tidal Nest. As a postpartum doula, I provide practical, emotional, and educational support to new mothers and their families. My goal is to help moms feel less overwhelmed and more confident as they learn their new baby, adjust to their changing role, and figure out what their family needs.
