I’m a trained Postpartum Doula and love what I do. I have three children and offer the perspective of having lived through the newborn stage multiple times. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, in-home daytime care and personalized support to help families of all sizes adjust to having a new baby at home. I have a strong interest in nutrition and believe wholesome meals and snacks play a role in recovery and can help promote mental well-being. In addition to caring for you and your baby, I am happy to prepare meals or healthy snacks to relieve families of an important wellness component that often gets pushed aside or can seem so overwhelming with a newborn.
